How quickly will you reply?
We read every message and usually reply within a couple of days. Recipe problems get answered first.
Can I submit my own family recipe?
Yes, and we'd love it. Send it with the story behind it who cooked it, and when. We'll test it in our kitchen, credit the cook by name, and keep it here for good. You keep ownership of the recipe itself.
A recipe didn't work what should I tell you?
As much detail as you can: your oven type and temperature, the exact pan size you used, any ingredient you swapped, and what it looked like at the stage it went wrong. That is almost always enough for us to spot it. We would far rather fix a recipe than leave it wrong.
Can I republish one of your recipes on my own site?
Not in full, no the written method, headnotes and photographs are ours. You are very welcome to link to any recipe with its title, which is always the right way to share it. The full position is in our terms of use.
How do I unsubscribe from the Sunday email?
There is a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email, and it takes effect straight away. We never sell or share the list see the privacy policy.
